Shipping costs and delivery times

The shipping cost will depend on the destination of your order, the weight, and the chosen transport method.


The moment you enter your delivery address, our system will automatically calculate your shipping costs.

Below on this page you will find a guideline of the shipping costs of Freak’s Grooming.

We recommend that you include as much data as possible in your address fields.

Do not hesitate to specify any information that you consider useful for the messaging service in the comment box. It is also important that you add a telephone number so that the courier service can locate you if it cannot find the address, or notify you of the attempted delivery of the package. These data will avoid unnecessary delays in the delivery of the package.

We offer two shipping methods, Correos Express and UPS.




Orders placed before 12:00 will be delivered in 24 business hours. During Holidays, we do our best to receive your gifts on time; however, due to the volume of packages we must deliver, delays may occur; therefore, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment or stress.


Balearic and Canary Islands:

Shipments to the islands are usually delivered within 2-3 business days, and have a cost of:

- Balearic Islands: € 6,00

- Canary Islands: €6,00 

- Ceuta and Melilla: Shipments to Ceuta and Melilla have a cost of € 16 




To calculate the international shipping costs, please enter your full address in the cart, and our system will automatically calculate the costs and delivery times.


So you can get a rough idea:


- Europe: Between € 8 and € 10 (between 2 and 5 days depending on the destination)

- United States: Between € 20 and € 30 (between 2 and 5 days depending on destination)

- Rest of the world: between € 20-30 (between 2 and 5 days depending on the destination)

If your order has a delivery address outside of Spain, it may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These expenses are applied when the package reaches the specific destination. The consumer is responsible for any import obligation to which the package may be subject. Freak’s Grooming is not aware of the specific charges to which your order form may be subject and will depend on the destination to which the order is directed.

Customs policies vary widely between countries and others, so you should contact the customs offices in your territory for more information. Customs authorities may request personal information from you. Remember that you are responsible for importing your order; in case the customs authorities so stipulate, and as such you must comply with the rules and regulations of the destination country of your order.

Please note that border crossing deliveries may be subject to opening of your package by customs authorities. Freak’s Grooming cannot guarantee that your products arrive in the same packaging conditions that we sent them before the inspection.




Cancellation and return of an order


Cancellation of an order

You can only cancel an order if it has not yet been processed and invoiced.

To cancel an order, you just have to notify us by e-mail, providing us with the order number you wish to cancel.


Returning an order

Whenever you need to return or exchange a product, contact us so we can tell you how to proceed.

You can return any product if you notify us within 14 days from the day you receive it and without giving any explanation. The condition is that the product and its packaging are in perfect condition, without opening or manipulating. In this case, after receiving the returned product in our facilities, we will immediately pay you the amount, discounting the shipping and return costs.

Of course, you can also change any product that has arrived incorrect or in bad condition, or that is under warranty and is likely to be changed or fixed. When this happens, all shipping costs are at our expense.

After contacting us and we have confirmed that you can return the product, what you will have to do is very simple: we will send you by email a "return delivery note" that you must print and insert in a package, opaque and well protected, along with the product and all its accessories. A carrier will come to your home to pick you up within two business days. If it cannot find you, it will leave you a notification so that you can agree on a pick-up time. Once the package is received and confirmed to be in perfect condition, we will refund the amount of the package immediately.


The item you received has been damaged in transit


You must notify us of any breakage or damage due to transportation by contacting our Customer Service Department by sending an email to, since we must be aware that there has been an incident within the stipulated period (seven calendar days after the receipt of the order).

When you receive your package, please make sure the product has not been damaged during transportation. The package received must be externally in good condition. Otherwise, write this fact on the delivery note of the carrier, reject the shipment and notify it in writing to in the next 24 hours.

If you have no external symptoms of damage during transport, open it and check the merchandise. In cases of product deterioration or lack of conformity due to transport (which are not manifest at the time of delivery), you must notify Freak's Grooming within 7 days of receipt by email to
